Well I was blessed to be able to get in touch with Marc at Pro Copper Consoles. He has sponsored our truck project with one of their CC-1050 consoles. Delivery was fast and the console was packed in the box very well. I opened up the box and took out all the parts to see what I was dealing with.

It took me about 20 minutes to assemble the console with standard hand tools. Very simple instructions were included, and here is what we had to install.

I first had to remove the old Explorer Conversion Console that also housed the TV and VCR Player, which I will use in another part of the truck.

So while I had that out, I went ahead and steam cleaned all the carpets in the passenger section of the truck.
I had to remove the mounting bolts to both front seats, and being a conversion a couple of the bolts were hard to get to, but we did manage to get the install done after about 3 hours of steam cleaning and bolt turning and breaks.

Now for a couple of radios, scanner, and lights switches, not to mention the Motorola M900 cell phone. These will all be installed in the console very soon, and I'll add the final picture.
So if your in need of a radio equipment console thats not too expensive, you can purchase one of these Pro Copper CC-1050 Consoles. They make vehicle seating also.
